Returns & Refunds policy
In addition to your legal rights, you are eligible to notify me that you want to return your jewellery for any reason below within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact me at shesthatcoolinfo@gmail.com if you would like to return your order. After you notify me, you will have an additional 14 days to ship your return. Once I receive your return, I will issue a refund within 14 days. You will have to pay for shipping to return the purchase to me, unless it’s faulty or not as described, in which case I will cover the cost. I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for earrings for hygiene reasons. I also cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom items.
Always remember I am happy to answer any questions you might have about listings before purchase so you can make an informed decision about whether you want to buy! Returns are costly for both the seller and the buyer so I want to do anything I can to limit them.

Cancelling your order
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 24 Hours from the date you placed an order, you will then be reimbursed. Please contact me via instagram or email if you wish to cancel your order, include your name and your order number ( order numbers are listed on the confirmation emails sent out when you purchase )
Repairs
If your piece breaks within the first 6 months (not from shipping damage), I will be happy to repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact me via email or through Instagram. I will cover all shipping costs.
Address Changes
Please always double check your address before purchasing. If you do need to change your address, please contact me via email or through Instagram as soon as possible, in some cases if you do not notify me before 24 hours i will not be able to change the address as it would have already been shipped. i know it seems silly to write your adress wrong, but it happens more than you think! please doublecheck your adress. shesthatcool is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the ordering process. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date. In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, shesthatcool is not eligible to provide a refund or replacement for the order. We encourage customers to double-check their shipping information before finalising their purchase to avoid any potential issues with delivery.

What do i do if the order i received was damaged or faulty?
Contact us here within 3 days of receiving your order and we will either, send out a replacement as soon as possible or you will be offered a 100% refund
*Please note, a refund will only be issued if your order is deemed damaged of faulty and cannot be replaced.
Please note there may be a small difference in colour between the website and the item you receive. This can happen depending on your computer or phone screen display, and also from the editing that is undergone
Refund or exchange will not be processed until we have assessed if the item item is damaged, and the item has been returned back to us.
Proof of purchase must be supplied with your email request, invoice or order number, which we send to you as soon as your order is placed
Shes That Cool have the right to refuse any returns if it does not meet our policy. If the return item is unacceptable, it will be returned back at the customers expense.
We do not pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty upon receiving of the item being sent.
If the refund is eligible, refund will be applied back to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and duties cost.
Please be kind when communicating about a refund or return, there is a human on the other side of the screen and we always want to make things right!
