FAQ's
Will my jewellery last? Will it tarnish?
Our jewellery is made from silver plating, which is a thin coating of silver over other non precious materials. This creates a solid coating over our peices so that it is durable and resistant to scratches and other harms. Silver platings are more resistant to oxidation caused by sweat and everyday use. It's a great choice for people who never take their jewellery off, as it is extremely vibrant and durable for many years.
However like all jewellery colour can fade over time due to the exposure to different chemicals. We advise you to avoid any contact with chemicals such a perfumes, hair products, makeup or household cleaning products. Harsh chemicals may cause damage to the outer layer of gold or silver that could cause tarnishing or discolouration.
Can i get my jewellery wet?
Yes! our jewellery is safe to wear when in contact with water, BUT, try not to keep your peices in water for prolonged periods of time, the long exposure to moisture can cause the peices to wear slightly, so be careful!!
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
We want to be able to provide metals which will not irritate your skin, we use hypoallergenic earring hooks . Which made with a small serial number on the side of our hooks, this indicates it is safe for your ears, and will not irrtate you. While we take every precaution to create hypoallergenic jewellery, individual responses to materials can vary. It's essential to note that some individuals may still experience sensitivities despite our efforts to provide a hypoallergenic product
